"Loved our first floor room! It was so easy for our son, who is a power wheelchair user, to get to the hot tub. The pool and hotub were definitely a highlight of our stay there. But the staff was the best part. The hotel should give them all raises to retain them. They were so friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that the temp control handle in the shower seemed to be broken. If we didn’t keep turning it back towards cold, we’d get scalded. It just wouldn’t stay put. Our stay was so pleasant that we are staying there again next weekend on our return trip. "
