Upon checking-in the hotel informed me that the mention of a pool was a mistake on their website and refused to cancel the reservation and provide a refund. When questioned, he was clueless about what went wrong. They were arrogant in telling us to give the order in one go...

"Stayed at Hotel Arjunaa for 2 nights with family. Overall appearance of the hotel is good. Room was decent size. Bed was comfortable. Washroom was clean. Hotel does have restaurant in the building but have limited cuisines. Other dining options nearby hotel are very limited."
