"We have stayed so often that we have literally lost count. We stay in a downstairs Beachfront room and love the convenience of that . It’s like coming home every time we stay. Comfy bed, heat pump for cooler nights and views to blow you away. Great food options with a couple of minutes walk, or bring your an and dine in with a fully equipped kitchen. "Large and spacious in a great locality. However, we found the stairs very steep, people who have mobility problems may not cope. Paying a premium nightly rate, in our opinion it was quite unreasonable to ask guests to water the plants & put the rubbish bins out into the street. A missing louvre in the ensuite meant we had to cover the gap with a bath towel to give us privacy from the lounge. No mention was made of this prior to arrival.
