"We had a nice stay and would recommend to friends and family. Great area. Walkable to shops, restaurants and sites. "

"Location is good, and them having parking (limited, must be booked) is very practical. It’s nice to have pool access, especially for the warmest days. The downsides to our stay: - the room was a bit dusty - room was set up for two, not the three we had booked - receptionist snapped at me several times when checking in, telling me they had sent all info on WhatsApp. She calmed down a bit when she (finally) understood I wanted to _check in_, not park a car, but highly unnecessary to be so rude. "

There were two doors on this building that had the address “No. 3”. I went to the wrong door first. I was confused and so I sent a message to the property manager. They answered...

It was in a perfect location in the middle of town to serve as a launching point to explore the various neighborhoods and sights in Seville. Great communication with the hosts and easy check-in/check-out."

He met us at the apt to give us a tour and also provided a wonderful overview of the city, sites to visit, and recommendations for our trip. Everything you could possibly want to access is within easy walking distance, but also nicely tucked away so you have some peace and quiet. Any street noise we could here was just people living life and having fun - no bother at all. "

My only complaint is that the pool/seating is too small to accommodate all the guests that want to use it.. it felt like battle of the sun beds.
