"This is my second stay in Palolem Beach Resort. Last time we were in the big deluxe garden bungalow but it was far from beach. This time we actually booked Cuba Premium Bungalows but due to pandemic setback and Coastal Regulations that was closed. Hotels. Com did a quick full refund of our payment and also suggested amicably that now Palolem Beach Resort has been taken over by the same proprietary and managerial group, so we went there and made a booking. "Frindly family run hotel perfect location for the beach. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Onsite restaurant run by a Debar lovely guy and very accomodating. Patenom is not as busy as its neighbouring resort Palolem beach, which is only a 5 minute taxi ride away with its many restaurants if you fancy something different of an evening . All in all a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel "

"The room was 200 metres from the beach wallking along unlit, rubbush strewn alleyways. I refused to check in as the accomodation is NOT as described. The hotel said they understood and would not charge me for the booking. However they charged my card in full after i left. Dishonest."

"We felt very lucky to have found a clean, quiet room at Round Cube in the middle of busy Palolem. It's in the center of all the action and just a walk to the beach. The staff was willing to clean our room at any time. We were very happy there. The only reason I can't give it a full 5 stars is because there was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom that was pretty harsh at times. We would definitely stay here again."
