"Linda estadia, la habtación que nos dieron, era fabulosa, con una bueva vista!!! lo demás todo bien, creo que lo mejor es ir entre semana para disfrutar con menos personas, la variedad de comida en el restaurante principal es limitada, ya que practicamente es lo mismo entre almuerzo y cenas, son muy pocas cosas las que cambian, al igual que los desayunos."

"The setting is lovely, the landscaping impeccable and staff was friendly and attentive. My husband is visually impaired and there were a lot of hardscape steps that were difficult to navigate because of poor lighting at night. The lobby and restaurant areas at night were also very dim. A small lamp or light source at the individual tables would help with that so I hope they consider this. As vegans, the restaurant choices were a bit limited. Our room was lovely and we enjoyed our time there overall. It is a bit far removed from the town center so note that you will have to have them call a cab (they are inexpensive). The American pop music and morning elevator jazz music playing in the lobby was not to our liking and didn’t seem to fit the rainforest and tropical setting vibe."

"Excelente relación precio hospedaje, precios aceptable en restaurante y opción de cafeteria. Habitaciones limpias, cama comoda y almohadas comodas tela confortable. Personal amable. Solo algunas cosas a mejorar: 1. Colocar toalla de baño en el suelo para no salir mojado de la ducha evitar riesgo de caidas 2. Colocar techo abajo de los paneles solares del estacionamiento, te mojas todo si hay lluvia. 3. Colocar pasamano en la rampa de acceso con discapacidad hacer marquesina o techo desde el estacionamiento y paso de zebra con rampa para el discapacitado que deba entrar al hotel. tengo una discapacidad temporal y tuve muchisimo problema para bajarme y caminar"

"the property is gorgeous and the rooms are comfortable and nice. Don't expect a tv in your room, or a refrigerator. It is more like a very nice bed and breakfast. the restaurant was very nice and moderately priced and breakfast, which is included, was also very good. It is about a 10 minute drive to the little main area of the Valle but not bad. The pool was nice enough, but small. The staff is very friendly and helpful."
