"It started with Carol and Pete bring us the most delicious home made scones for our breakfast for the next three mornings. The house was so beautiful and well equipped for all your needs. The grounds are well maintained and are the home to donkeys, chickens ( that will provide you with fresh eggs) emus & some neighbors cows.The atmosphere is nothing but peaceful. I guess this depends on what you define as a "short walk." "The Riverhouse was the perfect place for my solo getaway to take in all of what the area has to offer. There was much to enjoy on the property including the hot tub, huge deck, modern bathroom and kitchen with just about everything you can imagine, enormous TV in the family room, and convenient off-street parking. There are encouraging words throughout the home, a welcome along with a nice desert surprise in the refrigerator. The host was remarkably present and quick with her responses to our questions and needs. It has everything you’d need for a great stay.
