"By far one of the most unorganized hotel i have ever tried. Reception hardly ever there and when someone comes, can't help much. Furniture old and uncomfortable, sheets and towels hardly every changed. One day the person who clean the room, left the room with our door wide open fir anyone to get in and left his or her key in our door. So safety is zero."

"The place is located close/walking distance to the city center. We have to call the proprietor as this not a hotel, we were asked to pick up our keys at the caffe (where we had our Italian breakfast- delicious pastry and coffee too). The room was on 3rd floor, elevator is working well. The building is clean and safe. The only thing we have to say was the bathroom door doesn't close (looks like door was smaller??). Our hostess was very helpful and pleasant. "

"We had the most wonderful time here. We were greeted by the hosts, who were both very welcoming and showed us around in great detail. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the pool was cleaned daily. "This was our favorite hotel in a 5 week, 15 hotel trip. The front desk staff are amazingly friendly, and have is cappuccino on our arrival and bottled water on departure. Roma are big, comfy beds, amazing views. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff at breaky were amazing. We would stay again in a heartbeat. "
