You’ll find two separate structures at home - the main house, which features a studio-style layout, and a guesthouse. The lovely outdoor area is shared between the two, featuring lots of shady seating under large umbrellas and a pergola, a firepit, and a gas grill, perfect for watching those desert stars come out at night. A refreshing pool and relaxing spa that can be heated for an additional fee complete the perfect outdoor experience. More at-home entertainment options include two streaming-capable TVs and free WiFi and cable.

Inside the main home, you’ll find vaulted ceilings, exposed duct work, and colorful, whimsical decor details. The sleek, modern kitchen occupies one end of the room and will easily keep the chef happy with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and gleaming quartz countertops. Barstools and a large dining table provide plenty of mealtime seating. Just beyond, you’ll find the soft leather sectional, a sleeping space, and an exercise machine. You’ll find a sleeping area and a half bathroom in the private casita. A memorable stay awaits at this Palm Springs gem - the only thing missing from the picture is you!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
