Lounge by a soothing saltwater pool behind an architecturally significant Alexander butterfly-roof house. Although necessary modernizing has been done, original details are still found throughout.

A great park and tennis courts are nearby. It's under a 10-minute drive to downtown shops, movie theaters, restaurants, hotels
