Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage and owner's closet.

The living area of this Palm Springs vacation home opens up to the dining room and kitchen and features stylish furnishings, lots of windows and an entertainment center with 55" TV/CABLE STREAMING and WiFi. From the living room you'll enjoy the views of the sparkling pool and landscaped yard.

The kitchen in this Palm Springs home for rent is modern and sleek, with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and comes fully equipped with all the tools and appliances you'll need to prepare delicious meals for vacations with friends and family.

You and your guests can prepare meals on the outdoor gas grill and enjoy warm Palm Springs evenings dining under the stars. After dinner, relax the night away in the saline whirlpool spa.

The master bedroom offers a private en-suite bath with a King size bed. Sliding glass doors that lead directly out to the backyard and refreshing pool.

The second and third bedrooms have fun, modern furnishings and both offer large closets. One offers a Queen size bed and The other room has a 28" TV and King size bed. The guest bathroom is clean and bright with a tub and shower.

Close to golf, shopping, dining, and more! This Palm Springs vacation home is just minutes from some of Palm Springs most popular attractions, like the Aerial Tram, Indian Canyons, and Downtown Palm Springs with abundant shopping and dining options.



No outdoor music (Palm Springs has a strict noise ordinance for all vacation rentals).

**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:

1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.

3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement(contract).

4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).

5. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (6 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours.
An additional 2 children under the age of 12 years old are allowed per rental, but Please keep in mind that we only have 3 beds.

6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours. (3 cars max)

7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.

8. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.

**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.

Please provide email addresses for all adults staying in the home. We are now using signnow to submit edocs for guests to complete the rental docs electronically.

Pool heating is available for an additional $75 per night. Completely optional, but recommended October thru May.

This place is everything that it says it is and more. Sure the airplanes are loud, but it is perfect when you are travelling with family and want to avoid those awkward conversations!Walt was awesome about assisting us with anything we needed during our stay and the pool and garden area are secluded and equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation!We will definitely be back!

Immensely enjoyed this gem of a house during a writing retreat with a good friend! Very spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable and just an overall great vibe. Loved the swimming pool and backyard. Communication with the host was fantastic...quick to respond and helpful. Would stay here again!

This place was even better than the pictures! Walt and his team were so sweet and accommodating for my group of friends going here for Coachella. It was always a super easy uber or shuttle to and from the festival. The pool and jacuzzi were also a huge plus for the April heat! Will definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing, clean, and roomy place to stay in Palm Springs. :-)

We stayed for 4 months at this comfortable home; this was our 2nd year for a long term rental here. The property fits our needs and is very well designed for guests to visit us while we were here. The property manager, Walt, is the best; if anything came up he addressed it immediately.

We enjoyed our stay at Namaste. Our hosts were very helpful and welcoming. As regular visitors to Palm Springs, it was nice to be close to the areas we knew. We got used to the frequent flyovers by planes taking off from the nearby PS Airport but they do start early. Loved the hammock!

House is great! Pool & hot tub were warm and ready to go as soon as we arrived. Plenty of chairs by pool, great pool floats, hammock & grill. House had everything we needed, was very comfortable and in a great location. Jeff the owner was wonderful to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and are already looking forward to a return visit!!

If you want a great place to stay, this is the place. The owner communicates better than any other VRBO owner I have dealt with in the past. He really wants you to have a great experience. This was a great place to stay! It was nice and close to the airport for when we had to pick up and drop off. Planes went direct overhead but nobody was bothered - they only flew over during the day. Very clean and had everything we needed to cook and relax. The pool and hot tub were so much fun! Beds were comfy - rooms were spacious. The kids had some trouble with the NO music by the pool but it was manageable too! Overall I would highly recommend it!

Namastay is a clean, well cared for renovated mid century modern property with a great outdoor backyard including a pool and spa (extra charge to heat in cooler months). House overall is very comfortable and is in a great centrally located Palm Springs locale. Be aware that the airport is within a few miles and planes start taking off around 6am, though are quiet after midnight. Property manager Walt is very responsive and accommodating. Grocery stores nearby and an easy drive into main Palm Sprimgs activities.

Very nice place. We enjoyed out stay very much. Most areas in and outside the house have been updated. The backyard with the pool and hot tube were nice. We used everyday. Hosts were easy to contact and responded quickly. The only negative id say is the proximity to the airport. It was very busy with planes taking off. The positive was that there werent many flights in the night so wasnt to disturbing.

We had a lovely long weekend at Namastay. The property had everything we needed, and we enjoyed being able to bring our pup along to run around in the yard. We loved the sparkling pool and hot tub at night. It is quite close to the airport, so the planes are loud but due to covid there weren't that many flights so it was kind of a fun novelty. But my husband loves planes, so he wouldn't have minded having more. :)

My husband and I leased the property for three months in order to be in sunshine while we work from home. It was the perfect place to be. The property is just as described and we felt right at home quickly. The space was perfect for our needs. So nice to have a pool and a spa to relax in everyday. The property manager, Walt, is absolutely exceptional. Whenever there was a question or something came up he responded immediately which contributed to the stay being very relaxing. . We had such an enjoyable time that we already reserved it for next year!

This is a wonderful home for a vacation - preferably for as long as you can manage. The house is open and airy with lots of natural light. The furnishings are comfortable and ample (there's a chair in the living room that I would love to own), the beds are comfortable and while the bathrooms could use a bit of updating, they're more than functional. Kitchen is well stocked (could use a toaster). The pool is just terrific and there are plenty of towels. Pool deck furniture is very nice and I personally loved the hammock. Washer and dryer seem pretty new. Jeffery was wonderful to work with and brought us bottled water and fresh baked goods our first morning there. We definitely plan to stay here again next year.

Namastay was a lovely mid-century modern home with all the amenities you need! The house is immaculate and well appointed. Walt and Mike were wonderful managers, responding quickly to our every question.The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. The living room was a great place to congregate at the end of the day. We visited our favorite restaurants, as the house is close to downtown, which we loved! And we took the tram for the first time! We spent our days mostly outside by the pool. We warmed up the hot tub and it was a perfect dip! As others have said, there is quite a bit of airplane noise from about early AM to past dark, as the house is in the flight path of the outbound jets. I am sure when it was built, this wasn't a concern at all! It is a perfect space to get-a-way!

Our family's week long stay at this home couldn't have been better. The weather was warm (albeit windy a couple of the days, it IS spring after all) and the home was perfect. We had such a relaxing time swimming and BBQing. We went to the local Air Museum, rode the Palm Springs Tram, ran to LA for a day trip to see Hollywood, the Santa Monica Pier, Beverly Hills, etc., played the Monopoly game we found in the closet, and just chilled. When we had a clogged drain, Jeff the owner arranged to have it taken care of immediately. He was responsive, accommodating, and easy to contact. We appreciated his hospitality and professionalism, and highly recommend this fabulous, tastefully decorated home. There were plentiful towels, a washer and dryer, ample air conditioning (which isn't always the case in hotter climates), a very clean, perfectly functioning gas barbeque, and comfortable beds. The wall of windows across the back of the home, through which I could watch my children at all times, was fabulous! The living room actually had real furniture, which really swayed me toward choosing the home in the first place. Other homes in Palm Springs choose form over function in trying to maintain their chic mid-century style. Sitting on a futon is just not tenable for a family of six for a week! Jeff has managed to maintain plenty of style with the added bonus of comfort in furnishing his home and pool area. There was even pool maintenance twice during the week! What more could you ask for than a clean pool after a windstorm? While some reviewers complained about airplane noise, I honestly do not know where you could stay in Palm Springs and not encounter some air traffic noise, as the entire town is built around the airport. Especially at this daily rate. Maybe downtown or in some of the far more expensive neighborhoods, but it was really not an issue. While it is on a main flight path, my family enjoyed the air traffic. It was actually really cool to have the planes fly over, and it didn't disturb our sleep at night one bit. We never felt unsafe in the neighborhood, and took daily morning walks, walks to the store and to a nearby Mexican restaurant that I also highly recommend. We have rented homes through VRBO over a dozen times, and while each one was luckily exactly as represented, this is honestly one of the best homes we've stayed in. I highly recommend you choose this amazing home for your next Palm Springs stay. I know we will.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood is lovely with large palm trees and a beautiful mountain landscape. It's walking distance to a couple great restaurants and a Starbucks. We had the pool heated for our stay in January which was well worth it! The house is very well equipped, the beds are clean and very comfortable, and we loved the large comfy couch in the living room! The backyard feels so private and is stunning with the large palm trees which give it such a vacation vibe. I would say that the house reflects the price in that it is an older home. The bathrooms feel a bit dated and some of the doors are a bit loud with opening and closing. One of the back rooms (which must have been an addition at some point) needed to be heated with a space heater. Which probably wouldn't normally be an issue any other time of the year! It is also close to the airport which we were already aware of. The planes are loud, but you definitely get used to them. For the price and the area I would definitely give it 5 stars!

Mid century style that is very comfortable and clean. Family of 4 adults, plenty of room for family time and personal space. Easy walk to local market. Short drive or bike to all the downtown activities. We had the pool heated as our visit was in January-wonderful for those cool evening and warm days! Definitely worth it for a winter vacation. Some noise when outside due to near airport, inside quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
