I stayed at this hotel for several days and had a mixed experience. During the first three days, water kept leaking from the bathroom glass panel door, making the floor slippery. On the fourth night, water started dripping from the upper wall, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the new room had similar bathroom leakage issues, the pantry light was not working, and the air-conditioning was weak, causing a very uncomfortable and stuffy night.
Despite these problems, the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They responded quickly to our concerns and tried their best to assist us. With improvements to room maintenance, this hotel could offer a much better guest experience.

Staff were very helpful could not do enough for you, rooms very clean &. comfortable
My one issue was in regards to Risen the coffee shop at times there appeared to be no staff in one instance I had to help myself to a menu then approach a staff member to order my meal.

Hotel is in a good location, around the corner from the main marina and a 10 min walk max to the beach. Staff at check in and in the reception area were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Pool area was nice to have but limited seating - we went about 1pm and it was full but then again ...
