"Property was great.. communication between Expedia (Vrbo) and Marriott was poor. I received a message saying to check in at the Marriott dessert Springs resort front desk through Vrbo, upon arrival, I was told that i was at the wrong location and that I needed to check in at the Marriot Villas so we loaded up and drove to the other location. Also our checkout time through Expedia was listed as 11 am. I had the cleaning lady show up at our door this morning saying that check out was at 10 AM...

"When doing a VRBO at a timeshare property is challenging. There is an extra step (which I don't know what it is) that needs to happen in order for them to find your name. The employees at the property are outstanding. The unit needs a little updating but was clean and comfortable with a lovely view."

"Incredible stay!"

"Very nice host! We enjoyed our stay!"

"My boys had a baseball tournament and this was a perfect location not far from any of the fields. The condo was clean and spacious, and my kids enjoyed the pool and spa after long days of games. The host communicated great, we would definitely stay here again."

"Clean room, clean pool"

"Everything was as described & more. Very comfortable, quiet, & clean. Wife & I thoroughly enjoyed the property and would not hesitate to return. 5 Star."

"We had to make a last-minute change in accommodations & were very happy to discover this lovely unit. Sparklingly clean, well-located, very well equipped, and super easy to access. Communication with the property managers was great; thanks for making our stay so very pleasant!"

"It was so comfortable for us ladies celebrating a birthday!! Highly recommend!!!! "

"I stayed here for three weeks with my partner. Overall our experience staying here was great. A good middle point in between our two families and a place to come back together instead of staying separately. Check-in was no problem and the ability to use the amenities was great! The house is stocked with anything you think you’d need and more. Felt very clean and cozy. "

"Just finished a great week in Palm Desert, and this property met or exceeded our expectations in almost every way. First of all, our biggest source of anxiety about the property was the second story but the front staircase was not a big deal and more importantly the back patio was wonderful in terms of providing a nice quiet and shady spot for our breakfast and coffee. The nearest pool really is a quick walk, it would have been nice sometimes to not have to walk back from the pool all the way to...
