Located in Palm Desert, our condo is south facing over water guarding the Signature par 3, 12th hole, Championship course. It's the perfect retreat for guests. It includes two primary bedrooms with en-suite baths and a bedroom/den with full bath across the hall. The property boasts excellent amenities such as WiFi, central air and heat, washer/dryer, patio cover and awning, outdoor TV and BBQ. Whether you're lounging in the spacious living area including a full wet bar, or enjoying the enchanting views from the patio, this tremendous condo offers everything you need for a memorable stay. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
