Could ask for more

We loved our time at this location. The owners were quick to respond to our every need. The unit was spotless and well maintained. This is a very nice and peaceful place. The grounds are kept so lush that you forget you are in the desert. Looking forward to returning.

Great place to stay!

Had a great time golfing, sightseeing and enjoying ourselves in beautiful Palm Springs. Everything about the property was as advertised. Clean and well-stocked. Would definitely choose this property on our next stay.

Perfect place

This is a great place! From location, cleanliness, peacefulness, overlooking the golf course place location. Had a outdoor furniture with a little firepit(i used all your propane 😀). Actually first place that had great, comfy beds(thank you). We go often and this is now one of our go to places!!! Thank you again!

Cozy and convenient

This property was both spacious and cozy. My husband and I had the opportunity to sip wine on the patio and watch the egrets(?) land and take off from the fountain pond in front of us. The gated community was super convenient to visiting my parents and making quick trips for groceries. We would stay again.

Beautiful condo

The condo is decorated so beautifully. We had a wonderful stay, using the pools and sitting out looking out at the golf course. The condo has everything you need, it so well stocked. The location is only 1.5 miles from all the great shops and restaurants . We will definilty be back.

Perfect Condo!

Every part of this experience is what we hoped for! Comfy, relaxed, tasteful, convenient & well-appointed. The layout of the condo accentuated the space & enhanced privacy. The light, the views of the fairway were so pretty. Enjoyed the privacy of the community pool too! Just loved it.

Perfect spot!

My sister and I stayed here and we absolutely loved it! The spot was perfectly positioned for our situation. Our mother lives nearby so we were able to spend lots of quality time with her. The place was clean and so very comfortable. I was so sad to realize that I only had one day left. I will be going back and suggesting this place to others. Thank you so much!

Great location

Very well stocked and comfortable condo. Lovely view from the patio. Only downside it isn’t a sunny patio, but when the temperatures are more normal that is probably a plus! Lovely to watch the hummingbird showering in the fountain.

Hot summer desert days

We found the condo acceptable and comfortable. The carpets need cleaning and the condo is quite dark except for the living room and kitchen side. The atrium needs to be landscaped , you can't open the shutters in the dining room because it is just a square of concrete. The hi-light of the property was the view from the patio and the pools being so close. We wanted to experience Palm Desert in the summer months, to see how we could handle the heat before purchasing a property. We had to forfeit our deposit because of excessive energy use. We singed a rental agreement with VRBO and there is no mention of this. When we discussed this with the owners, they said it was on the VRBO site. And it sure is, however it is below the calendar and other properties you may be interested in. Additional information about rental rates Cleaning Fee Rates above do not include occupancy tax and cleaning fee. Monthly rentals are not taxed. Summer rentals are subject to a fee for excessive energy use. Deposit may be forfeited due to excessive energy consumption. Rates are subject to change We feel this very important disclosure should be in the rental agreement and the overview of the property, not hidden in an obscure place. We were theire in record breaking temperatures. It was not excessive for the temperatures in Palm Desert the month of July. Dottie & Steve Florida

Great getaway!!

We loved this place. Super clean and nicely upgraded. Love watching the ducks and turtles of the water feature. Loved the nearby pools. Easy drive to so many great restaurants and things to do. We’ll be back!

Great condo, well located

We stayed for a week in January - been to Monterey CC several times and this condo is now among our favorites. Chris and Amber are honest and easy to deal with. The unit was updated, clean and well decorated (nicer than the pictures). Monterey CC is an ideal location being close to shopping, golf, restaurants, the Living Desert, etc. Will return for another stay when we have the opportunity.

Very nice place

Overall a very nice rental- here's the bullet point review: Pros: - nice location, good price - very well equipped condo with new kitchen and all updated appliances and cookware. - very comfortable beds and living room - comes with pool towels and pool toys, plus bikes (need to pump the tires yourself) Cons: - Cleaning service could use less fragrant cleaning supplies (first day of rental the smell was kind of overwhelming) and more care in cleaning out fridge. - Rollaway bed is really not great- ok for small kids, but not too comfy for adults. Overall, a very nice place to stay at a fair price. I'd feel comfortable recommending it to friends and returning again.

Lovely Location

We stayed for 9 days and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location was convenient to everything and the unit was very comfortably furnished and really quiet. The bed in the master suite was comfortable and our friends in the 2nd bedroom also slept well.

Great Place to stay! We brought our "hard to impress" 15 year old and he thought the place was AWESOME! Lot of pools to choose from and one super close to our rental!
