Private HEATED Pool Home Near Beaches ,Golf, Restaurants & Shopping


Please come and enjoy our new home in PalmCoast, located in a desirable residential neighborhood. We have gone to great lengths to make sure your getaway spent here is wonderful. EVERYTHING is NEW and of the finest quality. We have furnished and Stocked this house as it it were a year round primary home .The kitchen is stocked to prepare any meal.There is a dining table in the kitchen as well as the Dining room. . The living area has a smart t.v. With cable. The sunroom located off the kitchen overlooks the pool and has a t.v to enjoy, as well as a XBOX 360 for the kids. Both the master bedroom and bedroom with double beds has a t.v. The third bedroom has a queen bed and access to the bathroom.
The pool area has a dining table, lounge chairs, and a wicker set. A gas grill is also located by the pool. Please enjoy the pool toys by the pool .. We also have a baby crib, and highchair to use. Located in the garage are some bikes & helmets to enjoy the nearby bike trails and a air hockey table for some fun. we also have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and a cooler for you to use on those lazy beach days. FLAGLER & JUNGLE HUT beach are nearby.

Centrally located between Daytona Beach and Historic St Augustine, Both approximately 25 minutes away. Perfect one day getaway to Disney 90 Minutes away . Great restaurants , outdoor markets, shopping outlets, golf, and beach nearby
