By Boat: From your private dock, you can reach the Intracoastal Waterway in minutes, making sunset cruises, fishing trips, or waterfront restaurant visits easy and enjoyable.

Pool heating is available by request only and is not included in the nightly rate.
Pricing:
$50 per night for stays 2–5 nights (must be added for the entire stay).
Weekly discounted rate: $287 per week.
Multi-week discounted rate: $200 per week when staying more than one week.
Important Notes:
Pool heat must be added for the full duration of your stay—partial heating is not available.
Please request pool heat at least 48 hours before arrival so we can heat the pool to your desired temperature.
Pets are welcome- we do have to add $100 per pet per stay to enhance our cleaning. Please let us know if you are bringing your furry friends.
If added after check-in, it may take 24–48 hours for the pool to fully warm; charges will still apply from the date the heater is turned on.
The system is set to maintain approximately 84–86°F, but temperature may vary depending on weather conditions.
Due to high energy costs, pool-heat fees are non-refundable once activated.
