If you are looking for a lifestyle that features ocean views and the sounds of the waves striking the beach, all while sitting on your balcony having a glass of wine in the evening, or wonderful cup of coffee in the morning, then welcome to the gated community of Surf Club II. This unit is the epitome of paradise, as it overlooks the ocean, giving you the perfect beach life to enjoy at your leisure...

As you enter the home your eyes will initially stay glued to the sliding glass doors in the living room that open to the ocean. The open floor plan has an exquisite kitchen, large dining area and comfortable living room perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen has upgraded appliances, granite countertops and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy meals at home. The private master bedroom suite features an incredible ocean view, large master bathroom with walk in shower, soaking tub, double sinks and walk in closet. Enjoy watching a movie on the large screen TV while in a King size Tempur-Pedic bed that adjusts to sit upright in the Master bedroom. Luxurious bedding and towels are provided for all bedrooms and bathrooms.

Amenities are abundant at Surf Club II! Grill your dinner at the pool club house and socialize at the gas fire pit. Work out at the gym or play tennis, pickle ball, ping pong, shuffleboard or swim in the lap pool. Many opportunities to enjoy nature are in close proximity with miles of beach to walk and the inter coastal waterway just across the street. View dolphins, manatees, and other wildlife on the private dock or kayaking, stand up paddle boarding or fishing on the shore. Extensive bike/walking paths are right out your front door and several State Parks are a few minutes drive where you can hike, horseback ride or ride bikes.

Saint Augustine, the oldest city in the United States is only 20 minutes north. This charming city is a full of delicious restaurants, museums, and great shopping. Swim with the dolphins at Marine Land or learn about alligators at the Alligator Farm, both fun nearby attractions.

Hypnotizing !

Our stay at Surf Club II was wonderful . The condo was well appointed ,very clean. The view from the fourth floor lanai was perfect to watch and listen to the waves of the Atlantic Ocean . The best part was the area is not crowded with rows of buildings . The beach is rocky and not suitable for small children. We definitely plan to return in the future . Jeff an Bonnie Slack
