Welcome to the Premier of "Coquina Surf House" This coastal beachside home is located 20 minutes south of the Historic St Augustine Beach and 35 minutes north of Daytona's World Famous Beaches. This home is nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and Matanzas River. This home and the beach is dog friendly. Your own beach access from the community lies a couple blocks up. Use the golf cart or enjoy the walk. Most things are within walking distance. This is old Florida at its best!

Perfect Family Getaway

Wonderful trip with family at this super cute home. Had so much fun exploring the island on the golf cart provided during our stay. Jason was a wonderful host and easy to get in touch with and quick response. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Definately Recommend!

The house was very nice, and probably the cleanest rental we’ve ever been to! It has a great layout, great location, and the golf cart was so convenient! Jason was such a great host, very communicative and easy to work with.

Great spot

Little piece of heaven. In a quiet community. Golf cart usage a huge plus. Home is not new, but well appointed and clean on the inside.
