Very clean, nice people. No elevator 19 steps to rooms, which we knew in advance and was not a problem for us. Great location for walking, eating and shopping. Love the history.

Great spot in an excellent location. Tati at the front desk went the extra length answering my many questions about PB and it's offerings.. PBHI is not your typical hotel, but it is perfect for the casual visitor.

Really nice place in the heart of Palm Beach. The staff was kind, the room was immaculate, and the snacks/drinks were really nice to have. My only complaint is that the shower took a while to get warm. Otherwise, I would stay again.

I absolutely loved staying here! It was so clean and quiet, conveniently located. Tati was so sweet and helpful. The breakfast snacks were available all day which was helpful with having a little one with me. Free unlimited waters and a really good coffee shop right next door. I plan on going back each summer and I will stay here every time! For the price I paid, I did not expect it to be this amazing. Oh and there’s a wine shop next door too.

You can’t beat the location of this hotel. It’s right in the heart of this beautiful historic town - next to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Staff in wonderfully communicative and there is always a snack in the lobby. I couldn’t have asked for more.
