"Nice budget hotel, clean, spacious and modern"

"For the location was great to 95 and 15-20 to downtown and beaches. Breakfast was ample .. coffee, juice, waffles With a 3 hr time. Bed was comfy. A-C was kinda loud but tolerable. Room was clean"

"Everything was great. The staff was very fast and helpful resolving one minor issue. Could not ask for a better stay."

"This was an overnight arrival and stay in order to connect with family member heading on a cruise. The room was spacious and clean and some of the family arrived early and the hotel accommodated them and allowed them to check in early. The breakfast items available were selected for those who eat certain meats. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was located a few miles from the outlet mall and various restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the Melbourne, Florida...

"All staff we met were very nice. Bed had a squeak every time anyone moved. Breakfast was minimal-eggs, sausage, pancakes, sweet rolls, bagels, etc., yogurt, oatmeal, some fruit, juices and coffee but adequate. Shower floor was slick - put a towel on the shower floor for safety."

"The only thing I didn't like was that they closed the pool as soon as it got dark. Otherwise everything was perfect!"

They just zeroed out comically pancake thin I ended up with a stiff neck after the second night that was so bad it compromised me for the rest of the trip even with extra pillows it just was so painful. in combination with the noise I slept...

"We are very late, checking in, like 2:30 in the morning and they were extremely kind and helpful. The next morning we got up to breakfast and overall enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend."

"I booked the room off of the reviews, but it left a lot to be desired. The walls were stained, lamps rusted, shower still dirty...."

"Very nicely decorated for Halloween. Rooms remodeled recently. Bathrooms remodeled with new large TV's and more Cable stations. Staff is Excellent and Personable. I have stayed here 100 plus times for work. I Highly Recommend this Quality Inn location located one half mile east off I-95 in Palm Bay off Exit 176 I-95 East. Very Nice breakfast too of scrambled eggs, sausage, bread, toast, pancake machine, juices and hardboiled eggs. Pets are ALLOWED. Just let Staff know at the front desk. There...
