"The views are amazing. We loved the balcony and the daily sounds of the horses on the street below. The apartment was adequate, but could use some care. The staff were friendly. We loved playing billiards that were available. Close to hiking. Our only regret is that the pool, hot tub and outdoor amenities were not available because of the time of year we visited. Nevertheless, a great and inexpensive place to stay."

"A had a fantastic week skiing in Arinsal and staying at Aparthotel Sant Andreu with family. Warm, clean room, great facilities with kitchenette in room allowing us to do trip on a budget. Spa in the hotel was great. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"Right next to the chairlift and site office, with a large variety of restaurants and ski rental shops within the building complex. The room was just sufficient for us (2 adults and 2 kids) - the room on the top floor was nice with a separate bed in the attic. Reasonably quiet, as we asked, but rather noisy from 8pm until midnight. Staff could be more friendly (though they were efficient). Ask for parking arrangements in advance... "

"Great location for the slope but note check in is not until 4pm, check out 10am. Overnight parking at a cost of €15 but worth it if it’s snowing hard. Hot water in shower a little low in the late afternoon, early evening but hotter in the morning. Very clean bedding. Heating seems to be on a intermittent cycle so room got a little chilly at times but just put a few more clothes on. In the mountains after all! "

"I checked in late in the evening and when I tried to take a shower, I found that the water was not draining well as the bathtub hole seemed to be partially blocked so when I finished showering, there was 2-3cm of water in the tub. Add to this the fact that the shower head was really chip and ineffective and it had managed to get so much water in the bathroom floor that I had to use a large towel to collect the water! "Excellent hotel in a nice location in Ordino. Rooms are very comfortable and they are cleaned every day. There is a parking at the hotel. Nice staff and most of them speaking English. "
