"Unfortunately, though it is not my practice to write poor reviews for anyone, I have caution the next person who signs up for this property. It is not as advertised. It is located in a very desolate and poor part of Palermo. It is a second rate building. The room we had was very dark and depressing. We had to terminate our stay and seek another location. The person responsible did not speak a word of English. The amneities were sparse. Any how, its not a luxury suite by any means. Sorry to say...

"I want to be fair on my review. The property charge extra 30 Euros for checking in after 6pm. I found this no good since traveling carries certain schedules, I consider 8 or 9pm is a common time to check in into any B&B, Hotel, etc. I do respect their rule. Also, the property did not disclose in internet that the bathrooms are shared. I understood every room has their own bathroom, it is not the case. When you arrive you find a building, with many apartments where regular people live in. There...

"Such a quaint place, rooms were unique, very different than American hotels. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend"

"Wonderful staff Very helpful and knowledgeable"

"Huge room and bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast. Not far from main attractions. Beautiful hotel."

"Great location! Staff very friendly."

"I had cockroaches in my room. Hotel staff apparently came & sprayed. I’m doubtful. I had to keep the bathroom light on all night to keep them at bay. I also had to keep my suitcase on the bed, zipped up at all times . The furniture in the front lobby was Circa 1970 & the lobby smelled musty. Would never recommend this hotel."

"Beautiful accommodation in great location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. If we ever came back to Palermo we would be sure to stay again. Thank you."
