"If you trying solo or as a couple and need a good place to stay I would recommend staying here. The outside meant to look trendy but I think it takes away of what is on offer inside. The rooms are great and the price per night is as excellent when I compared to other places to stay at the time. Only down point was WiFi was not working in the rooms which wasn’t great but once that is fixed I would have given it 5 stars in everything"

"The desk staff was so kind and generous. They sent a shuttle bus from the airport for us after the last one left at 11 pm. We arrived at this beautiful hotel well after midnight, needed to leave for our air connection at 6:40. They made us coffee, breakfast, and just were so lovely to us. Thank you!!"

"Newish hotel with convenient free parking with easy in/out access. Close to Schiphol, but as typical in such airport-friendly areas, there's really nothing close you can walk to. If you don't want to drive and need to eat, you're restricted to the hotel restaurant, which served its purpose. The staff were efficient and helpful, room had space to move around and was clean and modern - although the windows were glazed over so while the light crept in, you couldn't see out. Positive experience and would stay again."

"Where can I begin...from start to finish excellent facilities, location and service. Friendly,knowledgeable, courteous staff. Went the extra mile helping us plan itineraries, guide us on where and how to go. Even printed out the tickets for our hop on hop off bus tour. I want to give a shout out to one person in particular, Ronald, you know who you are!. I think you epitomise all that is good about Best Western Plus. You deserve recognition for your lovely manner, friendly yet always professional. I am sure you will go far in your career. Normally I look for a new city break each time, but there is still a vast amount of Amsterdam's cultural pearls I have yet to discover. And I would recommend the Hoopddorf Best Western Plus for anyone who is visiting for a short break. It is the "Best" and Ronald and rest of stafd made it the "plus". Combine it with the pass you can purchase from the local transportation services for travel by all modes. See you again soon. 4 tired but very happy travellers from London."
