"El hotel está muy bonito, pero siento que esperaba un poco más. La alberca estaba un poco sucia, aunque más que nada por las hojas que caían de los árboles. No había mucha señal de internet, así que si necesitas trabajar, puede complicarse un poco.Mi desayuno estaba incluido, pero no fue algo que me encantara; aun así, agradezco el servicio. Me volvería a quedar aquí porque me gustó mucho la estructura del hotel y el tobogán de la alberca."

"Our stay at IKZAM HOTEL (previously Chablis) was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect—just a short walk to restaurants, convenience stores, and the main street in town, and only 15-20 min drive to Palenque Archaeology Site. The staff was incredibly welcoming, offering great local recommendations and ensuring our room was spotless and comfortable. The restaurant was also great with great variety of local food. Very nice pool and spacious clean room with AC. They also offer a spacious parking lot. We traveled with our 3 y/o son and stayed for 3 nights. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Just wow! Our stay was incredible. The grounds are so beautiful and it was like paradise! Everyone was kind and helpful. There is delicious food at the restaurant and coffee in the morning. The wildlife and rainforest is all around you and a beautiful pool! 10 out of 10 would recommend to everyone!"
