"Great location with close vicinity to the city and also good bars, restaurants and transport links close-by. Staff all very friendly and can speak a wide variety of languages as signalled by their name tags. Room clean, some dirt marks on walls which could have been cleaned off but overall no issues with cleanliness. Air con is good however lowest setting did not feel as cold as it should have been, particularly in 38 degrees! Very nice touch of putting food out during the afternoon and evening so that if you buy a drink at the bar, you can have something with it."

"Well located with just a few mins walk from Milan Centrale Train station. Lots of places to eat nearby. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast menu spread was quite good with some changes made each day. However the Property is a bit dated with narrow lifts. Stayed 5 nights for a family of 3. Would recommend ."

"Altogether a great experience. Location, location, location can’t be beat: just a little over a block away from the Duomo. In the middle of the fashion district in Milan Breakfast was included and was really excellent. Staff was very polite and helpful. Good a/c rooms come very handy in the hot summer. The rooms were a little dated (I.e. old conventional keys handed over in the front desk as opposed to electronic pads), but clean and well kept and surely outweighed by the rest of the positives."

"We liked this hotel.The location is perfect- close to all the attractions but slightly away from them. The hotel is a tad dated, but it works in a retro-way. I mean, do we really need phones in the toilet anymore? 😀 Staff were all friendly and helpful and the free breakfast was excellent. We’d definitely stay here again."
