We were due to arrive after the reception’s usual closing time, but the hotel went out of their way to accommodate us, staying their until 10:30pm just so we could check in.
Check-in was quick and effortless, and from the very start, the service exceeded our expectations. One of the owners personally helped us, and she was simply phenomenal — warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. She even went above and beyond to help us with our travel plans, looking up Bernina Express train times and sending the information to me via WhatsApp.
The breakfast the next morning was delicious and set us up perfectly for our onward journey. This was the perfect pit stop before catching the Bernina Express, and we left feeling well-rested, cared for, and very impressed. "Located just outside St Moritz in a nice town. We had dinner just down the street, a fabulous breakfast in the hotel and left for the Bernina train back to Italy.
