It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a garden of around 20 m².

- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.

- A mezzanine with a bedroom area (communicating with the lounge area below)

Outside:
- A communal swimming pool in the residence, open subject to weather conditions.
- A beautiful private enclosed garden of 20 m², opening onto a large garden planted with trees.
- A 9 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Palavas-les-Flots, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
