Kleine FeWo an schöner Lage
- Interieur leider sehr veraltet - schöne, große Terrasse - Geschirr OK (Besteck keine gute Qualität), kam teilw. schmutzig aus dem Schrank - Wohnung riecht modrig/ist feucht, demenspr. riechen die Handtücher/Bettwäsche. - Duschkabine undicht (Wasser läuft raus), wenig Ablagefläche im Bad - 2. Dusche auf der Terrasse um Sand vom Meer abzuwaschen - Strand in 2 Min. erreichbar, Wasserqualität super, nach einem Sturm hatte es viele Quallen, schöner Holzsteg - wir waren im Okt und die Anlage war wie ausgestorben, kaum Leute und den Strand hatten wir quasi für uns alleine - Spül- und Waschmaschine&Wäscheständer vorhanden, Tabs+Waschmittel wurden zur Verfügung gestellt - auch Öl, Essig, Salz und Spüllappen& Spülmittel waren vorhanden - Kaffeemaschine ist defekt, alternativ hat es auch eine 2 Bialetti - der Induktionsherd ist super& funktioniert gut - im Außenbereich hat's eine Mikrowelle(funktioniert) - großer Kühl+≥frierschrank - Müll wird getrennt&auf Terrasse entsorgt,leider keinen einzigen Mülleimer IN der Wohnung - genügend Schränke/Stauraum, aber diese müffeln leider etwas - Vermieterin spricht nur italienisch,schwierige Verständigung!! Fazit Das Highlight ist die Terrasse mit großen Esstisch+2 Sonnenliegen. Vorsicht: SEHR viele Wespen! Die Wohnung ist aber ungemütlich und bietet kaum Sitzgelegenheiten. Daher ist es vorallem mir mehreren Personen bei schlechtem Wetter etwas mühsam. Sehr kulant mit Check in/out! Leider laute Gartenarbeit während der gesamten 12 Tage!
