"We loved our weeklong stay at this home. The location could not have been better. It was very comfortable and we felt like we lived there. We loved sitting in the screened in porch to watch the birds and boats going by. We were able to walk to restaurants and activities in Old St. Augustine. The trolley station is right on the corner 2 blocks down. If you are coming to this area you really need to stay here. You will be pleased."

"Rental includes all the amenities in a beautifully aesthetic presentation. Location is excellent! Home is quiet for relaxation as a getaway as well. Our group would not hesitate to return to this home for our next visit to St. Augustine."

"This property was absolutely wonderful. Its probably the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in and I am picky. The shower was fantastic!! It has a wonderful and peaceful back porch where we had our coffee every morning. It is in walking distance to downtown and many great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!!!"

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The owners were attentive to our needs. We loved the quietness and relaxation of fishing, kayaking and seeing the beauty. I think it would be a good idea to have certain instructions in the cottage. The instructions could include WiFi passwords, door code and/or how the owners would like the place to be left. I have seen this at other properties and it worked well."

"Location was perfect. The house was lacking in cleanliness and the kitchen did not have the basics, like a can opener. The bathrooms needed serious updating. All the drains in the house were extremely slow draining"
