"They didn’t know we were coming. Ran in to make beds and leave two bottles of water. No heat, no TV…absolutely not as advertised, but charged beyond full price when we asked to leave. Terrible experience with absolutely no one on site to communicate with."

Centrally located, easy to walk everywhere and for all main attractions. Luigi, the host, was a prince… so kind, warm, and helpful. He even contacted me after checkout to make sure everything went ok with the transport he helped me find. I would absolutely stay here again."

"We spent too nights at Elisabetta's villa and it wasn't long enough! We loved the pool area and used the barbeque and outdoor seating one evening. Elisabetta was very helpful in advice on where to shop, eat and explore. We spent one evening in Martina Franco in the old square for dinner which was worth a visit, with great food and a buzzy atmosphere. The kids(23 and 21) slept in the twin bedded room and just fit into the beds, but my son is 6ft 3 so worth mentioning as the photo makes them look...

"We arrived a little later than planned due to a 2 hour flight delay but were greeted enthusiastically by the owner’s mother who spoke no English. We muddled through the walk through of this amazingly beautiful trulli but later the owner and her daughter came and explained a little more in English. The trulli is picture postcard beautiful both inside and out. I like to cook so found the kitchen a little lacking. I did however learn to use a Bialetti caffitiera and cook porridge on the stove...

"Amazing property and Nicola was so welcoming and helpful. Even brought us some local delicacies on one of the evenings. Pool was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Perfect villa for family or group of friends. Remember - there are no internal doors between the rooms - this didn't bother us. Location is very secluded and quiet. Defo need a car to get around. Alberobello is only 15 mins away and other main towns between 30 and 40 mins. We loved our stay - thanks so much Nicola!"

"A really charming, family friendly home offering both indoor and outdoor comfort! The home was really well equipped to meet all our needs. The pool and shaded outdoor areas were the highlight for our family (the sunshine helped of course). Our family of 7 were very comfortable in this lovely home. The caretaker, Pepino was a gentleman and most helpful. We made day trips to Matera, Noci, Alberobello and our location was perfect for this. We would recommend highly."
