Beautiful attic flat (50m2) located 350m from the lovely and peaceful beach of Calella de Palafrugell, close to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava!The flat is one of three completely independent apartments in a large house. This apartment is located on the second floor, without elevator and has a maximum capacity for 4 people.It has a beautiful furnished terrace with sea views where you can enjoy breakfast and meals in the sun.The apartment has a living-dining room with fireplace, tv and direct access to the terrace. Open fully equipped kitchen: cutlery, pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven and washing machine. The main bedroom has a double bed (150x190cm) and the second bedroom has 2 single beds (90x190cm). It has a bathroom with a shower. Outdoor parking included.Pets accepted on request. Youth groups not allowed. Optional heating (50 €/week). Optional WIFI (30 €/week).Pets not allowedApartment for families only. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.The apartment is situated near Calella de Palafrugell beach, one of the most stunning on the Costa Brava coast!
