It is situated within close proximity of restaurants, cafes and shops. The property is ideal for relaxing family holidays on the Costa Brava! House divided into 3 apartments with a share of the swimming pool. This flat is on the ground floor, with no lift. Maximum capacity of 6 people. Situated in a quiet neighborhood 300m from the beach. There is access to a relaxing terrace with table and chairs where you can have breakfast in the sun. Living room with tv, fireplace and direct access to the terrace. Fully renovated and equipped kitchen: cutlery, pans, oven dishes, fridge, oven and microwave. It has 3 double bedrooms: 1 bedroom with one double bed (135 x 185cm), 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90x180cm + 80x190cm) and another bedroom with 2 beds (80x 90cm + 90x190cm). There are also 1 bedroom with bath and 1 bedroom with shower.Pets are no allowed . Youth groups accepted.Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.- Sheets and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/sheets and8 euros/person/towels.- Wifi not included.
