"We went for a girls weekend with hopes of cocktails by the pool, but the sun was unrelenting, and the staff was really unwilling to help us find solutions to more shade. We weren’t allowed to move the umbrellas or the chairs and there certainly wasn’t enough umbrellas/shade"

"Our family had an incredible stay at LEGOLAND California Resort, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience\! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on making our stay enjoyable. The customer service was outstanding, and whenever we had questions or concerns, the communication was excellent. The staff responded quickly, clearly, and professionally, giving us confidence that we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The staff were quick to accommodate our needs and listened to our concerns intently. One of the biggest highlights was how close the hotel is to the park. Our room was a bit dated spotless and was cleaned every day after some initial concerns . Coming back to a fresh, clean room after a busy day in the park was something we really appreciated. Most importantly, we felt safe throughout our entire stay. The resort is well-maintained, secure, and very family-focused.We were comfortable letting our kids enjoy the hotel activities, and we always felt at ease walking around the property, even in the evening. LEGOLAND California Resort exceeded our expectations in every way. Between the exceptional service, outstanding communication, unbeatable location, clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, and family- friendly atmosphere, it was one of the best family vacations we’ve had. We would absolutely stay here again!!"

"Splendid stay, staff friendly, room and property very clean. Rooms have plenty of space and are comfortable. Dinning area has indoor/outdoor options and breakfast has a variety of options, better than regular hotel fare. We took advantage of happy hour, and sat outside. Very pleasant. Only con is the size of the pool…it’s a mini. Kids still enjoyed, but us adults didn’t get in."

"My stay at Harrahs was perfect. I am thankful for the people at check in because expedia forgot to book my room (even though I had booked it a month out) however, the manager at Harrahs was able to find me a room to stay in. I was going for a concert and the line for check in at the hotel was really long so I was nervous there weren't going to be any rooms left."

"Hotel was clean and amenities were available in the room. Breakfast staff were very attentive and made you feel at home. Pool opens a bit late and closes a bit early and water seemed to need better cleaning."

"The pool is a generous size and clean. Ants crawling around jacuzzi area is not very relaxing. The villa is clean and functional but the outdoor area seems a check-the-box practice - it was extremely close to other villas and the view is bad (parking lot, other houses, sparse vines). Service was good and satisfactory, but not outstanding or memorable, as is the general vibe of this hotel."
