"Thank you for the time at your beautiful property! We really enjoyed our time gazing into the beautiful blue waters from the balcony! We only used one of the 5 beds and it was very comfortable while the soothing sounds of the Pacific rocked us to sleep. We didn’t even want to leave…thank goodness for Uber eats! Minor details that could be improved: shower head in master (lack of pressure) but there is another shower so wasn’t a problem. Also, could not change the TV in master, it was stuck on...

"We've stayed in another unit within this complex a couple of times and decided to try a different one this year. This unit is our favorite now, and we promptly booked a repeat trip for next year as soon as we got back home. This view is incredible! The condo is as is shown, yet somehow better. For us (middle aged couple) it was the perfect size. I was worried that we'd regret downsizing from a one bedroom to a studio unit but we didn't at all. "We enjoyed our weeklong stay. Perfect location very close to the beach - you can see the ocean and sunset through the window! It had everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach (umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, beach towels). Wonderful to have a two car garage. There is no AC but it was fine with the windows (with screens) open. "

"This rental (unit A- top floor) has everything except AC as mentioned. Upon our arrival it was very hot inside even with the windows open, we turned on every fan in the house and it took until the sun went down to cool even with the back door open which is the only window/door that could open. It would be perfect if there was a cross breeze from the other windows off the back deck. Also the floors were very sandy upon our arrival like they weren’t swept after the last renters. "

"Property was amazing. The shore was within a quick walking distance with lots of places to wash off afterward. Unfortunately NONE of the units have air conditioning and it’s about 80 inside during August. They will provide 2 fans buts during the day it’s hot. Unit B was beautiful inside but unfortunately the train ran and the traffic from the street was also quite noisy. We’d stay again but would be picky with which building we stay in and hope for more of an ocean breeze to keep it cool. "

"Beautiful condo with a beautiful view. We had a wonderful family vacation here. The condo had everything we needed when we wanted to stay in and was in a great location to walk to anything else we wanted or needed. Great communication Would absolutely recommend. 10 out of 10"
