Entering the reception area, there was not enough light to fill in the forms, etc. Amenities in the room were less than adequate. Poor lighting and just one plug to use your charger hair dryer etc. BTW, no hair dryer. "

"I really enjoyed the hippos grazing at night. The staff also built us a bonfire the first night we were there and we were able to eat around it. The biggest problem was they said we were not expected ( even though my name was clearly on their guest list) and that they did not know we had a 6 year old with us. They were very confused at first and did not know how to handle the situation. One man was very unfriendly."
