Guests can dine out on the balcony while enjoying the sun during the summer season and Pakoštane’s mild climate during the rest of the year.  The terrace is equipped with loungers and a canopy porch swing.

The location of the apartment amidst greenery is ideal for tourists. It is located very close to the beach as well as the town centre. There are restaurants, cafes and shops within 100-200 meters of the property.
 
The town is among the most beautiful and scenic destinations in Croatia. Its wonderful beaches are ideal for relaxing, sunbathing and enjoying a host of activities and watersports. There is also a lake, Lake Vrana, which is about 2 kilometers from the apartment. Around the lake, there are Roman ruins and a variety of natural resources worth exploring. The best way to go around the town is on two wheels, enjoying it at one’s own pace. The cuisine is dominated by fresh seafood. There are a lot of bars perfect for a night out in the town.
 
Guests can take boat trips to the Kornati National Park. The nearest airport is only 33 kilometers from the apartment.
