"The house was great. The beds were comfortable as were the furniture inside the house and out. The house was very well appointed with all of the things a traveler might need. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots and pans and utensils that you need to cook at home (we did a few times). Appliances were all new and in good shape. We were really impressed with the outdoor sitting spaces. I believe between the front, back and upstairs there was sufficient seating for almost 50 people. Views were fantastic of the sunset and the surf especially while relaxing in the upstairs hammocks. Really enjoyed the salt pool out back as well as all of the beach equipment the (towels, chairs, umbrellas) house had. We would come back!"

"If you’re looking for a private and wonderful place to enjoy your time in Kauai this is the place! We came for our honeymoon and it was just magical. You couldn’t ask for a closer place to the beach aside from a shore shanty, literally a 30 second walk. Everything you need is in the home, A/C works wonderfully in the bedrooms, and the lanai is perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset dinner. We wish we could LIVE here!"

"We had a wonderful time, arrived the day of Hurricane Lowell. The views from the house is spectacular! The house is very comfortable, well stocked and fit the 6 of us well. While we didn't have the vacation we imagined, we had an memorable one and very much enjoyed our time (especially when the power came back on after 2 days) :) Chad is an awesome host, Keenan went above and beyond. Highly recommend!"

"Liz and Chad are delightful people!! Attentive, thoughtful, helpful, kind, cheerful, AND they give you all the privacy you want.This house is directly behind their home, but you are tucked into a little oasis. It is private, quiet, and inviting. The yard is landscaped thoughtfully. The hot tub and outdoor seating area are clean and comfortable. The outdoor grill is fantastic. The driveway is very handy for loading and unloading from your daily adventures.The house is spotless. They have thought of everything. Having the washer/dryer right inside the door is brilliant. The AC and fans cool the place down quickly. The kitchen is full sized and stocked with everything you could need. Right in the middle of the family room so we could enjoy cooking and being together. The furniture throughout is in great shape, newer, nice quality, and comfy.We spent most of our time on the lanai. Comfy chairs, ceiling fans, table...tucked in perfectly on the property.This is a VERY quiet part of the island. Not near the tourist spots, safe beaches, shops, etc. We fell in love with the westside! But, you will need a car (actually rent a JEEP...game changer for accessibility to the hidden gems on the island). Every day is a new adventure on this island.Also...Nice beach gear.Coolers were helpful.Big showers.VERY well maintained!If you cook...there is fish wholesaler (Kauai Fresh Fish) that sells to the public once a week-ish. Near the airport. Changed our trip notably!Have fun!!!"
