"We stayed in a 1 bedroom condo. There were a few cosmetic issues but all in all a great place. My one recommendation, if you are doing any tours where they pick you up at the hotel, ask them to pick you up at the Astra Condo lobby on Changklan Road. Google maps the HOC5 about a block away on a back street. We will likely stay here next time we are in Chiang Mai. "
"Apartment style with hotel style ammenities. The owners are very nice and accomidating with recommendations for the area. Great communication. Located a short walkable distance outside the old city walls offering a quieter more local experience. Has a big gate that locks at night (10 I believe) giving added security. Very clean and well maintained. Room serviced daily. There is a nice bakery pretty close by. Recommend 10/10. Stayed 5 nights but would stay longer."
"Very clean, comfortable apartment with a balcony where you can watch the amazing sunsets. The infinity pool that runs the length of the building is beautiful. Grab ride to the Old City is about three pounds"
"Unfortunately the place wasn't represented well by the pictures on the site. Different decor and quality of space. We booked this place because of its pool and bathtub and weren't able to use either. The pool was shut down for maintenance from damage of floods we didn't find this out till we checked in if we new before hand we would have booked another place. We wanted to use the bathtub but there was no plug for it and the area around the tub was cracked with mold and unpleasant. The shower is...

"Service from the front of house, house keeping to even the gym were impeccable. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure the stay was a five star experience. "
"Great vacation resort! We loved our rooms and amenities offered! The food and service from all restaurants were really good.
The only negative was how big the resort is. They provide carts to pick you up but sometimes the wait can be inconvenient. Also the rooms have a condensation issue so the floors were always wet and slippery and if you left any clothing out it would have a damp feel to it!
Other than that we loved this resort! It truly was beautiful and peaceful. "
"This is a dram of a hotel in a quiet area of the Old City. The hotel itself is amazing, with beautiful common spaces and rooms (the terracotta theme from the family factory that -owns the hotel adds to the magic). Breakfast is generous and the pool is very good, especially considering that this is a dense residential and historic area. Very nice location that is close to the sights of the Old city. Easy access to amenities but very quiet!
All the staff were truly amazing - something that makes the stay particularly special.
All in all, the hotel is superb and will make your stay in this most amazing city truly special. "
"Amazing day the staff with the various accommodating. We had the double deluxe room which was very spacious and the Aircon was fantastic
We were frequent users of the pool and the staff member was very friendly who looked after us very well.
I would definitely recommend this place as a UK visitor."
"This property was in the heart of Chiang Mai and it was incredible. The food, entertainment, and cultural experiences were abundant and everything we hoped for. The staff was so kind and attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Our stay was delightful. "
