The property is located only a few minutes walk from the white beach in a well-kept residential complex. The living room is about 50 m² large and has a stereo system, television, kitchen with bar and a spacious dining area. The secluded, large inner courtyard with a private pool is equipped with a sun umbrella and terrace furniture. Through the inner courtyard you can reach the accommodation with two rooms (2 single beds and 1 double bed). The spacious daylight bathroom has a shower, WC, bidet. You can also reach the partially covered sun terrace through the inner courtyard with a fantastic sea view of the bay of Costa Calma. Here you can eat comfortably and let the day unwind.

awful i didnt stay and went to hotel. Was promised refund but nothing. Avoid at allcosts
Nothing like photos andvery small. Bad localatiin and bo shops near. On german speaker and was called englander. Hated it and lost lot if money with late booking to hotel and.no refund..

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist klasse ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer, die Schlafzimmer und der Innenhof, alles shr durchdacht und optimal für Sotavento. Wir wüeden wieder kommen :)

Schönes Apartment mit reichlich Platz und Betten
Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war einfach, freundlich und schnell. Der check-in / check-out ebenso...besser noch: wir durften noch den halben Tag am Strand verbringen und ein anderes Apartment Zimmer duschen nutzen - also sehr entgegenkommend und flexibel. Das Apartment hat keine Klimaanlage...haben wir auch nicht vermisst, da die Bauweise ein aufheizen verhindert. Klever! Störend waren manchmal die Busse, die Müllabfuhr und nachts einige Raser (aber die gibt es überall.) Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Sehr schön ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, falls man kochen möchte. Die Zimmer sind mit breiten bequemen Betten ausgestattet. Die eine Terasse ist windgeschützt, beim Pool, die andere Terasse ist oben und bietet einen weiten Meerblick. Das Haus würde ich gerne noch mal mieten. Danke für die freundliche Auskunft dem Verwalterehepaar.

Gut gepflegte Anlage, sehr nette Verwaltung. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Lage an der Hauptzulieferungsstrasse der gegenüberliegenden Hotels. Die vorüberfahrenden LKWs und Busse sind doch schon sehr laut.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Nur die (auch spät abends und früh morgens) an die benachbarten Hotelanlagen an- und abfahrenden Busse sind teilweise sehr laut.
