"Our stay was great, the level of detail in the renovations as well as the extra efforts taken to provide comfort and experience were very evident. The linens were high quality and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook. I had to communicate more than most VRBO stays due to some logistical changes and Wayne was very accommodating and responsive. Historic Sanford is very charming with plenty to do within walking distance. The entire family was happy, I highly recommend this rental!"

"Super clean, comfortable home within walking distance to Sanford downtown. You’re right smack in the middle of the historic district if you stay on this charming home. We walked everywhere and really enjoyed the location. The house as well had everything you’d need. "

"Beautiful lodging surrounded by pure Florida scenery. Very clean and welcoming. Set on the waterfront with full access to kayaks etc Great for Motorcycle enthusiasts and Nature lovers. Owner was very communicative and responded quickly to my questions. I plan on staying longer next time. "
