"The signage above (high sign for highway visibility) and the roadway visible sign, were not of Days Inn. I believe this has recently been acquired by Days Inn and it seems to be in the process of remodeling, although our room had been done already. It had fresh paint and was tidy and clean. They did forget to remove the painters tape after painting the wall (where the headboard of the bed is) however it's the same color of the background and seems to be barely noticeable. "Great location! We went to horse races at Keeneland on Saturday (about 40 minute drive) and hiked East Pinnacle in Berea College Forest on Sunday (about 20 minute drive). Beautiful and so much fun! House was spotless and included all necessary amenities. Host was very responsive to all my questions; provided lots of tips on dining options in area. EKU is just a block away! "Justin at check in was awesome, he was nice & professional very welcoming.. The room was clean & comfortable. The lamp on the wall didn't work & the fridge didn't get real cold but everything was compatible for our nights stay. Housekeepers was nice & helped me with my older dog, while I took my very hyper pup to the car, When your in need of somewhere good to stay while in Richmond ky this red roof is great . My #1 pick..
