"We booked the Elf’s Aerie for our daughter’s 15th birthday. She (we) loved it! The 3 of us were cozy but comfortable in the Aerie. Our stay was during a Texas heatwave so the air conditioning was a must and kept us nice and cool throughout our stay. Our daughter loves stargazing. If we would have allowed it, she would’ve stayed up all night roasting marshmallows by the campfire and gazing at the stars. "We booked the Elf’s Aerie for our daughter’s 15th birthday. She (we) loved it! The 3 of us were cozy but comfortable in the Aerie. Our stay was during a Texas heatwave so the air conditioning was a must and kept us nice and cool throughout our stay. Our daughter loves stargazing. If we would have allowed it, she would’ve stayed up all night roasting marshmallows by the campfire and gazing at the stars. The owners have seemingly thought of everything we needed for an awesome stay. We even loved the unique outdoor shower. The location is peaceful and rural but only 15 minutes or so from Bastrop. Highly recommend!"
