This private one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is suitable for couples, small families, adventurers, business travelers, and kamaʻāina.

Sleep on the king-size bed fitted with a Tuft & Needle memory foam mattress, all cotton & fair-trade linens, and medium-firm down pillows. Maui's famous tradewinds naturally cool the bedroom. There is no air conditioning. Maui is a tropical environment that can get warm and humid.

The bathroom is stocked with zero-waste soaps, tampons, and organic cotton towels. The walk-in shower has a fixed waterfall head.

The kitchen is furnished with new appliances. Reduce and reuse with the provided insulated bottles, Brita filter, Pyrex containers, compost bin, and cooler. All textiles are made from cotton, and plastic use is minimal. Recycling and composting are encouraged.

The living room has views of the backyard, coconut trees, and a charming neighborhood. Morning shade and the ocean breeze make the patio a perfect place to sip your coffee. The large lawn is great for kids, picnics, tanning, or a game of frisbee. It’s just a two-minute walk from the patio to the beach!

What makes my place eco-friendly? When my parents and I renovated the Kūʻau condo, I decided we'd do everything as sustainably as possible. We recycled wood wall panels into baseboards, restored furniture, and sourced from local businesses. We were careful to dispose of waste properly, pick energy-efficient appliances, and use low-VOC products. Amenities prioritize circular use and ethical manufacturing. I clean the unit with safe products and zero-waste principles.
