"We had a wonderful stay! The unit was beautiful, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway and great staff. The backyard sitting area was a real highlight—grilling steaks on the Weber while watching the waves roll in was such a memorable experience. The only minor downside was that the air conditioning was limited to a portable unit in the bedroom, so it could get a bit warm in the kitchen and living area, especially on more humid days. That said, the bedroom stayed cool for sleeping, and the overall comfort of the space more than made up for it. The location, views, and overall value were fantastic—and the price was very reasonable for everything we got. We’d absolutely love to return if we get the chance!"

"The Jungalow was beautiful and came with everything we needed for our group of 5. The location was perfect for our first visit to Volcanoes national park and other sights on the windward side of the big island. The wild chickens were the favorites for the grandkids. Would highly recommend and book again."

"Very private property and very quiet during the day (noisy at night from Coqui frogs but I slept fine with ear plugs). Lovely trees & flowers in the yard. Short drive to the park & restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. The host gave prompt responses & clear instructions. I would recommend the cottage."

"What a wonderful little hideaway! Small efficiency with a king bed that’s heated!! Gets a bit cool in the evenings but there’s a space heater to keep us comfy!! Kitchenette’s just right for a couple of days exploring the Volcano & surrounding area!! Host is very nice & responds quickly!! Would return again!! "
