Great property. Horrible check in process.

Check in time was 4pm. Arrived at 3:50 and stood in line at for about 25 minutes. My turn in "line" (there was really a line) and I was told the unit was still not ready - maybe another 30 minutes. "OK", I said. We'll go get some groceries and come back and it'll be ready. 45 minutes later - nope! Had to wait some more until we got the call at about 5:30pm. Then, on our way to the unit, after getting our keys, we received another call!? This one, again, telling us our unit was ready- after we had just been there and checked in! Huh? All of this really told us that the management didn't have things under control. Unit was nice, except for the bags if dirty towels at the foot of the stairs. Judging by the times we drove by the check-in office in the afternoon, and observing the line there, I think our experiences was about normal with the check in.
