Riverview is a riverfront retreat right on the San Juan. Quiet and quaint location close to town. Walk to the hot springs, local shops, galleries, theater, festivals, 4th of July fun and restaurants. Bike or stroll on the nature trail and hike Reservoir Hill. The covered river deck is inviting for entertaining, watching wildlife, barbecuing and relaxing.

Everything is as advertised. Great location for restaurants, hot springs, shopping. My wife walked to downtown one day while we went to Wolf Creek. We would stay again.

We loved the homes proximity to downtown Pagosa Springs, the lovely sound of the river flowing right behind us & the river walk trail. The home had all of the amenities we needed to be comfortable & cook dinners when we wanted to stay in. Having the garage access was a nice bonus for the snow night. The drive to Wolf Creek Ski was an easy 30 min drive from the townhome. Thanks again!

One of the highlights was the stunning view across the San Juan River and surrounding wetlands. Waking up to the serene sounds of the river and watching the wildlife from the back deck was incredibly relaxing. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat.The property’s location was ideal, offering easy access to downtown Pagosa Springs and its famous hot springs.
