This large 3-bedroom cabin sits on 2/3 of an acre and backs to Pagosa Springs Golf Course, walking distance to the Golf Course Clubhouse and great restaurants. Two living/dining areas and two laundry rooms provide ample space. The cabin sleeps 8, with 2 king beds and 2 queen beds. There are 2 full baths and 1 half bath. Guests will be provided check in instructions 48 hours prior to arrival.

Door access code information will be provided after confirmation prior to arrival.

The home is located in Pagosa Golf Course neighborhood. It is a short distance to gas stations, grocery shopping, antique stores, restaurants, and HWY 160 that leads to the mountain.

You will have full access to the entire home, with the exception of two locked bedrooms on the lower floor, which are not available for guest use. Unauthorized entry into these rooms will result in a $500 fine.

This spacious home features four large decks, including one conveniently located off the kitchen, complete with a gas barbecue grill, seating, and a dining table—perfect for outdoor gatherings. Both great rooms are equipped with large HDTVs for your entertainment. The upstairs master suite boasts two queen beds, while two additional rooms offer comfortable king beds. You’ll have access to Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a DVD player for added convenience.

This home accommodates up to 8 guests. Although there is no air conditioning, opening the windows and turning on the fans at night will keep the home cool and comfortable.

Please note: Absolutely no smoking allowed on the premises.

You will be driving on dirt roads and in the winter, it will be slick, ensure your vehicle has 4-wheel drive capabilities.

*Wi-Fi is provided but not guaranteed. We live in a small town and experience frequent outages, we do not have access to high speed internet just yet. No refunds will be granted for Wi-Fi issues.

There is a pet fee of $45, with a limit of two pets, and pets must weigh 50 lbs or less. We kindly ask that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Thank you for supervising your furry friends and helping us maintain a clean and comfortable space for everyone. Please note that excessive pet hair or messes found after checkout may result in additional cleaning charges.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.
