Chefs kitchen w/stainless commercial grade appliances, soapstone & granite counters, open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, see through fire place, between dining & living room, flat screen tv, DVD player, games, books etc... Wood flooring, large covered balcony with BBQ grill & patio furnishings over looking River, master en suite features king bed, walk-in closet, tv & jetted tub & large walk in shower,& private balcony overlooking the river, queen en-suite w/ closet, ground level features king bedroom w/ tv and private covered patio out to the river, bunk room features 2 sets of bunk beds, closet, tv. Washer dryer is on upper level near master en-suite., home is fully equipped with all pots/pan, dinnerware, serving dishes, utinsels, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, kureig coffee maker, and a regular coffee maker, waffle iron, blender, toaster, etc... This town home has a private elevator if you do not wish to use the stairs, 2 car garage ,side yard for the kiddos to play in, and 3 bicycles for guests use. I have other properties available down town along the river if you have several families or a large group we can accommodate them.

Our family loved the property! It was a perfect location for our family to relax after long days of skiing! We spent lots of time around the table playing cards and games that were provided. We really enjoyed this place. Lots of good memories made!

Conveniently located in the heart of Pagosa Springs. Within walking distance of the hot springs, restaurants and schools for sporting events. I would highly recommend! Plenty of room to spread out. We had 10 people staying with us and never felt cramped. I would stay here again.

We had an amazing time in this beautiful condo in the middle of town. It overlooks the San Juan river and is just a block away from the Springs. It had plenty of room to spread out in. We will definitely stay here on our future trips! Thanks again!

This condo had an excellent location within walking distance of the hot springs, showing, and food. It was a beautiful place, clean, well-maintained, and ADA-accessible. Unfortunately, it did snow the day we arrived, and we had to scoop the drive ourselves.

We had a blast. This was our first trip to SO Colorado and it is beautiful. This property is just as advertised. Walking distance to downtown, fishing right out the back door, and a great view of the river. Mule deer greeted us in the yard when we arrived. Communication with the property owner were timely and accurate. Check in was seamless. We hope to return.

Beautiful home., Responsive property manager. Home is located on a street that is convenient to walk to downtown. Hot afternoons but cool mornings. River was extremely low this time of year so it limited activities! Otherwise wonderful place to visit.

This property was perfect for 2 families, with a little and teens. We were happy with location, easy walk to hot springs spa and easy of tubbing in the river. Home had everything need for stay, just bring toiletries. Only thing I would suggest improving is having recycling bin and way to dispose of the recycling. We packed ours out. Thanks Deb for great communication!

We stayed here three nights just before Christmas in order to go skiing at Wolf Creek for a couple of days. Everyone in the family really enjoyed it! The beds were very comfortable (although the sheets were too staticky for my liking), and all the rooms were nice and warm and cozy. The fireplace heats up the living room quickly and significantly, and having a garage we could park in was an excellent luxury given how cold it was outside while we were there. The location is perfect - on a quiet street overlooking the river, but close enough to town to get to restaurants and shops and very easy access to the road that leads to the slopes. The rooms were great and we had enough space to spread out but not so much that we lost each other. It was a wonderful space and we will definitely come back!

We loved the house - it was perfect for our family! This is a high end rental which deserves better pictures - the current ones don't do it justice. We enjoyed being on the river, close to restaurants, being just a short walk to the hot springs, preparing meals in the gourmet kitchen, gathering around the fireplace in the great room, and having the cars in a heated garage - no problems starting them in the cold weather. It was also nice to have an elevator to bring our luggage and groceries up to the second and third floors. The wifi worked well and allowed us to stream, and our Verizon service worked well here, too. We do plan to return!
