The living room features oak hardwood floors, a full sized futon, queen sized murphy bed (w/ new mattress), twin airbed if needed, gas fireplace, and balcony overlooking downtown. Perfect for a relaxing vacation to the Pagosa Hot Springs, Wolf Creek Ski area, or any of the other great adventures Pagosa has to offer!

Easy comfortable stay
Great property. Well stocked for kitchen needs and bed linens, very clean, and generally well kept up. The single problem we had was the tv wouldn't work, but the owner tried to work with us to fix it. Everything else was excellent-a comfortable and clean stay for a ski trip.

Perfect location, condo was very clean and mattress was comfortable! We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the main street and we were in walking distance of many restaurants, stores, & bars. Overall the perfect experience!

Awesome spot
We loved this little apartment and its amenities. It was cozy, the deck overlooks main st. It was nice to sit out for coffee and meals. It was cool inside with the fan going and overall. Jusy a nice relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely stay there again!!
